Tell Me

Tell me

Tell me the times you were struck down by life with such ferocity but later arose weak and stumbling but with resolve to begin anew.
Tell me the moments of joy so profound your heart expanded never to return to its original size
Tell me the times you fought as a warrior and achieved victory beyond your own imagination.
And the times you did not but never quit.
Tell me the times you literally crossed a room with trembling legs to reach something pure and good.
Tell me the moments when you said no more and it never was again.
When a decision was so seemingly nonsensical but your inner wisdom screamed in certainty was the right and only choice to make.
and then I dare you.
To tell me you don’t know or you can’t.
Because you do and you can.
